Male, 42, married, 2 Kids, a daughter 17 (going on 35) and a son 15. I am a confessed wannabe homesteader, tired of modern life and all the crap that comes with it. Stuck on crappy land in a small desert town but still able to grow some fruits, veggies, and raise some chickens. All that matters anymore is to be a great father & husband, and to try and be as self sufficient as possible given and despite the facts above lol

Jeez, you are all just a bunch of kids.

I read this whole thing hoping to find people as old as me, and only saw one, I think. Can't believe how old I have gotten, and how fast the years have gone. Thankfully my health is good.
I am 65, married, female, CBC(childless by choice) but with 3 stepsons. Married 35 years to my first, last and only hubby. He's a good guy, and helps build chicken pens, tho he isn't really a chicken person himself.

HI happily married second timer for my husband and me both. I have two girls from my first marriage and my husband did not have any children we have a son and daughter together! I am 36 ugh! will be 37 in less than two months! (oh, and I am married to a younger man, lol by two years!) And sad thing is I get asked if the two younger kids are my grand kids! I am barely old enough to have grand kids! And people are having kids later in life now! come'on!

I'm 49, female, have 2 kids-21yo son/Isaac & 27yo daughter/Johanna & 7yo grandaughter/Kaia. married to my soul mate/Scot. We're two nuts in a shell. He isn't my kids' father but he has been a better father to them than the sperm donor who (dis)claims that honor.
We have 3 shorty jack russell terriers, 1 big cat and about 23 chickens.
