Their feed is 100% DRIED RICE right? The same stuff you can not use at weddings?

IF you read WIKI they say using bird feed is now acceptable at weddings. And Pigeon feed is BIRD FEED.
No grain is 100% dried and there is a percentage of moisture in all grains.
The rice that is used in Pigeon feed whole (un-ground), pigeons cant handle dusty feeds.
I have been using whole grain pigeon feed in my poultry mix for years, it is super cleaned (no dust) and very good quality grains.
And Pigeon feed is BIRD FEED.
Pigeon feed is as close to bird seed as chicken feed is to bird seed.
Just a side note there is more research done on feed for Racing homers than chicken feed.
