Good Morning All -
A few weeks back I posted that Bob was molting. The only feathers he has lost are on his neck. The skin is very red. The other day I noticed a couple of the hens picking on him and my daughter called me and said they had him pinned down and were picking on him. He is a very big boy now - I am shocked they were able to pin him down. I removed him and he is doing better. I checked for mites but didn't see any. Could there be something else going on? Shouldn't his feathers have started to grow back? He is literally bald where his front neck feathers were.
