Looks like a bobcat (Do you have lynx there? Another possibility)

Thats a bobcat....theres one of two things you can do.

    1)Absolutely nothing

    2) Kill it with fire

    p.s. I recommend number 2

LOL, kill it with fire would probably be the way to go. I'm not very concerned as this is at the very far edge of our property and my hens no longer free range. They have a huge run covered in hardware cloth and are locked up tight at night. I do have lambs coming right now but my LGDs are here for that. God help anything that tries to get into thier pasture... I keep the cams up just because I like to know what's going on out there... So far have seen fox and coyote but this bobcat was a bit of a surprise.

I don't really know if we have lynx here or not. I've put the camera on video mode now so maybe we'll get a better look at it soon :).

We have a bobcat in our yard, too [IMG]. We've seen it twice. That's what it looked like. We just got our chicks, so not sure what we're going to do about it yet.

Looks like a bobcat. We lost a hen to one so my chickens no longer free range.
