Once my new flock was discovered it was KFC for the bobcat. So I locked up the girls. Did you know chickens can get depressed? They sure were after they couldn’t roam anymore. When picking berries they were right there to get any I dropped.
I’ve had chickens before. In the 1970s and again lately. But I‘ll have too many eggs coming on soon. I just want a flock of about 12. I currently have 24 pullets.
I have a few RI reds and lovely Wyandottes for sale.
I need to thin out my pullets. About 5 1/2 months old. I’m in Redmond Washington.
