Hello everyone! My bobwhites have just started laying eggs recently. I am almost positive they are fertilized so I am going to try to hatch a couple. I can't get too many more quail, so I am trying to get around 10 chicks. I'll probably incubate around 15 because last year I got a 60% hatch rate. I am going to start collecting eggs on May 5 (I get about 3-5 eggs a day) and I will start incubation on May 9th or 10th. Does anybody with more hatching experience have any tips for me? Is there anything I can do to try to get more than a 60% hatch rate? Thanks everybody, I appreciate it!
