Bobwhite qauil

I currently have 25 bobwhite quail eggs that should have hatched by now it's going on day 29. Iv had three hatch and two have pipping holes but nothing's from the rest. I candled about two weeks ago so I know they're all about fully formed and should hatch but I'm worried it's taking so long. I have the humidity about 70 and the heat is still at 99.5°F for lockdown. I'm worried I'm doing something wrong though. Can anyone help?

How did this turn out? I'm sorry nobody replied and I'm not a quail person. What you have yours set at is exactly what most of us have ours set at for chicks.

Just FYI, we also have a quail forum so next time you have quail questions you might post there. I hope you have a lot of little quail running around!!
