Bobwhite quail

Do Bobwhite quail sleep in some type of nesting boxes? Or do they prefer to sleep on the ground?

I have 14 bob white and they sleep in the brush i made in the trees in the pen and on the gorn in the open but they like to be together and the might move around during the night
