Boiled Egg + chicks= one funny sight (pictures of my chicks!)

I love nothing more than to boil some eggs, smash them up and feed them to the flock, especially me new little chicks (born Wed, July 28). Tried to get some pictures, but the little fuzzbutts were soooo fast! In the first few pictures you can see some of them with egg in their mouths. They were running about as if to say, "Look what I've got, Look what I've got!!" adorable

WOW, that's probably enough posting of pictures for today! I just can't help myself, I'm soooo in LOVE

I love when they get treats at that age. I can just hear them now...1st chick: "cheep cheep cheep I got something goooood"...next chick: "mine mine mine give it herrreee!" 3rd chick: "Noooo its mine!" and snatches it from the 1st chick

When they get a new treat, one approaches as if to say "Is it gonna jump at me?" Then another runs up and pecks it, then runs away. Another runs up for a bite. Soon the plate is clean!

I love your brooder set up with the cardboard box! Do the chicks spend much time in there?

The yellow chicks are Delawares, right? What are the others?
