This is our first brooding experience. Bonnie is penned with Clyde (her roo). And she is FINALLY brooding!![IMG]

Should I allow Bonnie to be alone and pen Clyde in another pen? I am worried that she needs peace and quiet, especially when (& if) her babies hatch.

Can you share your input with a nervous grandmother?

I don't think her boyfriend will be a problem. My Hen is a bottomless pit eater who wa always first in the snack line and didn't leave her eggs for a snack. And both my hens had roos around and there was never a problem
