Books/info. sources for beginners?

I want to learn all the ins and outs of chicken care/tending before starting my own flock. Can anyone recommend good sources for learning about all of the basics, such as feeding, coop construction, sanitation, laying, etc. Thanks!

"Living with Chickens" by Jay Rossier

We liked it. Go to the library and type in Chickens. Usually shelved in the non-fiction you find the sections about dogs, cats, horses, all grouped in the same area. I thumbed through them and this was one of my favorites.
