Yes...A definite breed cross to try...Oh wow that’s impressive then!! It does seem like it would be a good cross. The super sweet, love everybody, eager to please nature of the Golden and the smarts and drive/motivation of the Aussie plus of course the goofiness and cuddliness of both breeds.![]()
I did also shave my first one. She was show bred too. My working type I did not shave and would never even consider it. They were all different in coat type. The show bred ones were are so thick in the undercoat I couldn't get it out when they blew their coats. I personally see nothing wrong with shaving them. They are happy, I'm happy. There's worse things in the world for dogs to have to experience.Do you shave both of the Aussies? I thought you only shaved one of them?

Yes..Although they never look right anymore.That’s true but if they’re shaved consistently anyway then that part won’t really matter.
