I tried to stop a few years ago and I literally all but had a panic attack. I always think I can stop until I dont have any and get that panicky feeling, drive the 10 miles to town to get more.
 
Half the time I think it's in my head - I was fine til I realized I left them at home, then that panicky thing started. GRRR!
