Boston Poultry Expo show June 5th

    Boston poultry expo show, june 5th in north oxford ma.
    So else is attending? It is a great show, gets bigger every time, huge sales area too outside.

    Ok coop ins-
    All birds must be cooped in by 9:30am sharp Sunday June 5th. For your
    convenience the show hall will be open on Saturday at 5pm until 9pm to receive birds.
    The building will be secured for the night and will reopen at 7 am on Sunday.

    Testing of birds
    The state of Massachusetts requires all birds exhibited with in the state be tested
    and clean of Pullorum-Typhoid.We can not provide testing services at the door. Please
    mail a copy of your certificate with your entry
    The sale of untested birds at the show is
    prohibited.
    Vendor spots will be available for a nominal fee. Please make sure you have
    Pullorum certificate for all sale bird. You can not sell without one

    And here is the list of hotels i belive they give a discount if your showing you have to mention that.

    This show is a lot of fun, even if you don't have anything entered. Last year there was a lot for sale, mostly chickens.

    I won't be able to make it this year. Katherine has a birthday party to go to at noon. I really wish I could, I need Dick Boulanger's advice on some of the young birds I have!

    Which is the closet and cheapest Hotel there? What time is coop in?

    PS you can coop them in Sat I just don't remember the time. I'm going to have to do that since I am staying at the hotel. I don't think they will want to hear my silkie and cochin rooster crowing!!! lol

    I am considering entering a couple birds in this show and have never shown chickens before. When is the entry deadline and is it hard to fill out the forms?

    Beth Are you sure its Fairfield Inn, cause I just did priceline and the price is $104.00 a night!
