2 days and no Gracie...I sent letters to every vet found in my phone book today, tomorrow an ad goes into the Nashua Telegraph with a picture for one week. I will be dropping flyers off to the post office mail carriers in hopes that if they see what might be my dog they can contact someone. I have ads on nhcraigs list, petfinder.com and findtoto.com and what I hope is a legit service, somthing called AmberPetAlert.com. Yesterday findtoto put out 1275 phone calls to homes within the area around our house. Not one phone call that anyone has even seen our dog!!! This is so frustrating and heart breaking...

Gracie was returned to us, brought right to the door!! She gained 1 1/2 lbs over the 3 days she was missing. She is now micro-chipped and will always wear a collar! If this happens to anyone else, I used craigslist, PetFinder.com, Findtoto.com and AmberPetAlert.com. NO ONE ever saw our dog, she "traveled" through the center of town and ended up by the police station! Who ever took her must have realized that they couldn't be seen on the streets of Milford with her!!! We are all relieved...

Great News! I'm so happy you have your little one back! It's a painful thing to go through - I'm glad you have a happy ending!

OOh my gosh!

I am so happy for you! This story has been weighing on me since i heard she went missing..i just kept thinking about such a tiny pup all alone outside..lost.

It actually bothered me so much i avioded this thread, for fear of bad news. Thank god shes back and safe!

Congratulations on getting Gracie back! I was so worried after 2 days that someone had kept her. I wonder if they had gotten one of those phone calls?? Maybe they thought you knew who they were and panicked?

Whatever happened, I'm so glad you found her safe and sound!

I would be devastated if anything happened to my Boston!
