Both pullets?

I got these chickens from a friend. They hatched around January 25th. I believe one is a starlight green egger and one is a prairie bluebell egger. The brown one has me a bit worried, because the neck feathers look a little pointy in person, and she (?) has recently become very bold.

Both look like pullets to me. My prairie looked just like that (but a different color) at that age.
The other doesn’t have the saddle feathers or a rooster but the neck feathers are tripping me up, keep an eye on the brown ones saddle feathers I’d say, but I do believe if that was a cockerel the saddle feathers would be longer and pointier by now
 
Here's a closer picture of the neck feathers. I will say my welsummer and EE both have neck feathers that look like this.
