Both roosters?

Theese 2 are strange.. I know for sure 1 is a rooster, I’m not sure about the other. I’ve seen one crow but I e also seen him mount the other. This morning I found one of them behind a cooler in the corner of my carport. He/she seemed to be chillin and getting ready to lay an egg. Idk... can’t figure them out.
