First one is an EE mix with 5 toes to boot! Some how crossed with Silkie I suppose. Or possibly a Partridge Silkie that was poor quality and didn't get the Silkie feather gene.
The tophat one is a White Crest Black Polish, they go through a phase of looking like they went through a wind tunnel that blew their tops half off, then they start getting their real feathers and look really cute.
