Solved Bought PFM, now what?

Hey y’all!

I received this horrible message today.

I decided to head on over to the BYC store and get a years worth of PFM. However, I bought it with a different email than the one used for my account. Will that affect anything?

Also, do I do anything after buying it, or is it automatically added to my account?

From when I looked at it, if you included your user name and give it a couple days, it's fine. Just as if I gave as a gift, the email would not matter.

I’m so sorry to bother you, but I haven’t received an email and my PFM will expire tomorrow. I’m concerned about the app crashing and being unusable if there’s ads.

It's probably best to email the store directly: [email protected] and include:

1. Username
2. Date/time you purchased
3. How you purchased (direct through the site or via our store)
4. Any other info about your purchase (if you have an email about the purchase, forward that along too)

Gmail decided the BYC store emails were spam, so I didn't see DuckLady's email needing my BYC username. I saw the PFM got refunded to my Paypal, should I just buy a new one and actually include my details this time?

I would say yes, but only if you want to have A PFM
