Bought this coop online... any reviews on these coops?

Agreed or it could be used as a separation pen. For broody hens, sick or injured chicken's, or even new additions. Or as a nursery coop for new mama's. I think every one should have a second coop if they are going to keep chicken's.

we got one for free, one the ride home in the trailer the side boards vibrated off

It was less than a year old and dh went to buy it for me and the guy selling it ended up being from the same neighborhood as dh so by the end of them talking for 2 hrs the guy gave it to dh. The boards are only held in with staples and am glad we didn't pay for it. We ended up using it for a grow out coop and actually build an enclosure around it so nothing would just pull the boards off.....definitely not secure enough for where we live, a coon could just pop it open easily

My concern about it is that it does not look predator-secure. It really looks like a home for 3 banties, which one would place in a covered dog kennel.

Just saw one in person just last Saturday. WAY, way way to small for 6 standard hens. 6 banties would barely fit.

NOT at all predator proof. A coon could tear it open in a minute flat.

Like all Ware products the stain does not at all to preserve the wood so you need to immediately seal it inside and out.

I bought their chickn barn and put two coats of primer inside and out then two coats of house paint on the outside. I also reinforced it with corner braces and put it up on a platform. The sliding doors jam constantly and the ventilated top just lets in the rain so I'll be putting louvers on it. It looks nice that's about all the good I can say for it.

The Barn is three time the size of the villa and will just fit my 6 banties as a nightitme coop. I have the whole thing sitting in a 20ft x 8 ft run. The Chicken yard Ware sells in a joke, it's so tiny and flimsy.

I don't think I've seen a truly quality product from Ware.

Just make sure you put on a couple coats of good paint. That will keep it from wearing too quickly. It is too small for 6 birds but will work great as a grow-out pen. May I suggest replacing the hardware with something that will keep it locked tight.

Well looks like we'll have to use it as they're growing but will have to build a better one, myself. Shame... $350 down the tubes.

Also We're putting up posts today for a 10X10 run for them.... too big for 6 chickens? or OK. Wife is out digging the holes as we speak.
