Bourbon Reds--these are an old breed dating back to the 1800's. Gorgeous dark bourbon red feathering with highlights of white on the tails and wings. Very attractive. We love these birds as they are friendly to visitors. Maybe too friendly for some visitors! They walk right up to strangers. I guess I'm restricted to only 2 PM's a day so I wasn't able to reply to your message.

I'm confirming tomorrow morning to pick up the turkey. See you then.

I would be interested in some poults or some eggs if you possibly have them. We are working with heritage breeds & I need some bourbons for a grant I am working on. Thanks for considering us!

Eva,

My hens are still laying if sporatically at this point and I do have a number of eggs in the incubator, perhaps the poults would be the most helpful to your project at this time.

HI I was wondering if you still have some poults available. We have 5 Bourbon Red poults 9weeks old and I am almost positive we have 3 toms 2 hens. I was thinking that ratio is not good for the 2 hens and it might be best to add a few more hens to the flock while they are still young. Im not sure if we are going to add more but wanted to see if we have the option is still out there so I can really think about it. Thanks.
