Bow or bowtie?

4 week old barred rock. Some darkness on legs, no obvious redness to the comb, much less "distinctively striped" than my other BR chick.

Is there any wattle development?

Sorry, my phone by wants to let me post one picture at a time. I can see flat lines of skin where there COULD be wattles, but they are not elevated or 3D really

I'd say Pullet then, but it's still a bit early to know for sure.
