Her rear is just very dirty caked with feces and dirt.Your picture isn't very clear. Could you describe the symptoms you are seeing, and maybe get a cleaner picture? If she had waste on her butt, clean it off immediately in a warm water bath. You don't want her to get any sicker.
I cleaned her. Her vent seems to be ok. She has disentery. She pooped and it was real runny. Then clean it ALL off, right away. I cannot stress that enough, it needs to be immediately. Try not to pull her feathers out too much, but if her bowels get clogged then she'll die very quickly. After you've cleared it all away and have a clear view of her vent, we'll figure things out. Does she have any other symptoms?

She is very lethargic. Lays around most of the time. She ate some bread and berries that I gave them this morning and drank some water that has probiotics and electrolytes in it. I took this picture of some poop I found in the yard. Not positive that it is hers but notice the white things in one spot looks like it could be worms or worm eggs. Then clean it ALL off, right away. This chicken is really sick. She is very lethargic and just lays down most of the time. She has eaten Some bread and berries that I gave them this morning and drank water but has not gone inside the coop to eat any pellets. I cleaned her off yesterday and she had a liquid bowl movement.Chickens frequently can get messy bottoms if they have diarrhea, if they have any lice eggs under the vent in the feathers, and in warm weather when they may be drinking more. In warm westher when flies are out, they can lay eggs in the messy area and maggots can cause flystrike, a dangerous condition. I just get a plastic bucket and some warm soapy water, and give them a scrub if I see one like that. Trimming any excess fluff can help. Hens who have internal laying or ascites (water belly,) may have a bulge under the vent where droppings will easily get stuck. Those may need more frequently cleaning.
She is walking around some and ate some treats I put out this morning. I worked her yesterday but she still isn’t well. Her tail is hanging down.St
