Boy or Girl?

My 2 chicks are about 4 weeks old. Not sure of the breed but thinking they are Marans. Not sure if they're boys or girls but here's a couple of photos, maybe you guys can figure it out!

Sorry but what's BCM stand for? Love the name Maurice, I was thinking Hansel as his sisters name is Gretel!
