perhaps studying the bred standard would help you yup understand the differences. There have been many threads including in the last few weeks where true bred birds were identified/recognized

I've read them. It just seems rare anyone actually gets ameraunas. So in my personal flock I called any of those types easter egger, despite what they were labeled or if the fir the standard. I switched to cream legbars because they lay the blue egg and are auto sexing, plus there's no doubt to what you're getting when you get them.

The black is a cockerel. Seeing the new pictures shows silver leakage through the shoulder. That's a male only trait. His comb is a cushion comb, so it's not going to be huge. Can also see some saddle feathers starting to come in.
The blue is a pullet.

That's because 99% of what is sold as Ameraucana is actually an Easter Egger. Ameraucana always have muffs and beard, always have a pea comb, and always are a specific color/variety. If no variety/color is specified, it's a safe bet it's an Easter Egger.

I'm really hoping it's a she. Seems to be all but 1 person so far thinks it's a he. I sent a picture to the people I got them from and they still think it's a hen but said it's hard to tell with this breed. I totally understand that and knew when I purchased them. Unfortunately I can't have a rooster because of the noise ordinance but if by chance it's a he I will try one of those crow collars I guess. I've heard mixed reviews on them. I fall in love with all of my pets so it will be hard if it's not a girl

Def not a wyandotte mix or a true ameraucana due to the silver leakage it is a easter egger but at 15 weeks def a pullet and has a pea comb not a cushion comb
