B258E8CD-0946-4562-B4C0-86EDB163EFE7.jpeg I’m pretty sure on of these babies tried to do a little baby rooster crow this morning. Maybe I’m crazy. 100% new to raising chicks. And I’m not sure if you can even truly tell this early. There are 4 New Hampshire reds and 2 black austrolorps. They are about 3ish weeks old.

Three weeks is way too young to know anything yet.
Where did you get your chicks? Hatchery, feed store, local breeder?
If you bought straight run(unsexed), then there's likely cockerels in the mix. But if you chose pullets, then you have much less to worry about, even with a 10% margin of error.
Curious playful chicks make all sorts of noises. A cockerel usually won't be able to crow until 4-5 months, sometimes much longer. But it's possible, though uncommon, to start as early as 2 months. And pullets grow combs too! They just don't turn red until much later.
