You need to wait until 5-8 weeks. The boys will develop pink red combs. The girls generally keep their orange yellow combs a bit longer.

What breed, some you can feather sex others you can’t... also it’s easier when they are a day or so old.

My guess is pullet If wing sexing is possible on this breed
