Boy Or Girl?

It is a 16 week old bantam blue leghorn. I thought it was a girl....
but in the last week its comb has grown fast, but it hasnt got neck hackles like the other blue boy..
and it doesnt crow but the other boy crows... so I dont know...

my bet is on rooster too-can you get a whole side shot? so when can see what its whole profile looks like?

but the other rooster looks way different... it has never had a comb until this past week...
and it has a straight out tail like the other hens...

I'm no pro, and I don't know the breed, we have Orps, but it's the depth of the comb, them fat wattles, and the "pointy" neck feathers that I'm betting on. In ours, the roos base of his comb reaches back beyond his eye, while his girls' are all forward. Just my opinion,,,,,,
