Boy or girl?

The one is a slikie and the other is an ee silkie cross. Cheepers my first hatch It looks like it is getting saddle feathers. Any thoughts would be helpfull.

Thank you. Seeing as he is a mix of ee and silkie maybe he will be smaller and I can keep him. I have a silkie that just started crowing and he isnt very loud. But if I cant keep him I wil have to rehome him. : ( He was my first and only hatch on this Thaksgiving so I will try to keep him. Even if I have to build a second coop back in the woods further then the big one. Wich I planed on doing just not this soon. Ssshhhhh, dont tell hubby. lol

Where are these saddle feathers you mentioned. I keep hearing people mention them where should i be looking

I believe the saddle feathers are the one's on the back right in front of the tail. They will be kind of long and pointy if it is a roo. There is a good diagram of the feathering on here or you can google it, but I don't have the link. I hope you could understand my rambling...
