Hello Friends!

I recently purchased 5 turkey poults - so I'm new to raising them. I'm very good at looking at a few week old chick and knowing if I have a rooster or hen.... but I have no idea with poults. I thought maybe you would have the knowledge and experience.

I hope not!

I really want it to be a hen!!

But if it is a tom, like Hugo the Abominable Snowman, "I will name him George, and I will hug him, and pet him... And I will give him security! And I will keep him warm like a mother hen, so he will never feel rejected or lack for love...."
