My drake is 15 weeks and has a curly tail developing, he has a raspy little voice (sound like a sore throat) and is molting into male colors. It was clear at 8 weeks what his sex was, just from his voice. The girls are very loud in comparison. Laying should be around 16-24 weeks, but it can be later if there is not enough sunshine. I have to say my 15 week old girl is playing mom already, so I would not be surprised if she starts soon.
