I'm not an expert, but I think the ones with the long tail feathers are roosters.

Every one of them, except the Dominique, are roosters. Even then, the Dominique is just a maybe in my mind, it's awefully light, but doesn't have any saddle or hackle feathers yet. Is it younger than the others?
