i might get this rooster on sunday.does it look like a pure brahama or mixed with something?

He looks like he might be crossed to me. His color really reminds me of an Easter-egger. He kind of has some lacing. He has way to much black for a light brahma, and looks to light for a dark brahma. He is pretty.

Hes probably a pure dark Brahma, he is just hatchery quality

Yeah, he looks to me like a pure dark brahma - Just hatchery quality. Same with light brahmas, they have black pencilling. And buffs - they are more white than buff.

I'd say a mix of light and dark brahma.

By the way, Thor is a hatchery quality roo and just magnificent looking, if I do say so myself. Pictures can't do him justice.
