Brahma hen with no feet feathers?

This is Bob one of are female brahmas or so we think. She has no feet feathers and her comb is a little flat. So is they're something wrong with her or is she a different breed.

This is her sibling she has feet feathers and her comb is correct for the species.(1 year old

I have heard of some silkies not getting their feet feathers i thought that it could be the same for brahmas

Could you get a closer picture of her comb?

Sorry I'm going somewhere for 2 days. When I get home I will. But her comb is flat in the back and is a large bump in the front.
