Brahma or cochin?

Is there any way to tell a day old Brahma chick from a cochin chick?

Brahmas have a pea comb which on day olds should look like a flat spot and Cochins have single combs which should show a single serrated edge sticking up a bit even at a day old.

You may be able to look at the combs and the color of them. The Cochin has a straight comb.

Also, cochin chicks typically have MUCH heavier shank feathering.
