They are the same breed (Brahma), just different colours/variations. Most breeds come in several colours now.

"Columbian" is the type of the plumage design and it has different background colors (in Brahmas buff and white)

They are slow maturing chickens and they can reach full maturity when they're around 1 or also 2 years old
