Brahma with cheesy lesions in mouth (already been to the vet!)! Seeking help from someone with experience!

I would not add ACV to the medicated water. Some capsules may be added to something like liverwurst, peanut butter, cream cheese or scrambled egg. But sometimes they won’t eat those if it tastes really bad. You can experiment. Here are a couple of videos on giving oral medications to chickens:

She's off to the vet soon, so fingers crossed she'll be on the road to recovery.

Okay so my mom took her to the vet today again, while I'm across the country on vacay. The vet still doesn't know exactly what it is, so she sent her home with four meds. Antibiotics again (clindimyicin this time), pain/antiinflammatory, antifungal, and parasite med in case of capillaria. She also gave me the dosage for my Metroplex even though she said It's illegal for her to prescribe it. She scraped the gunk out, and tube fed her. Hopefully one of these things will fix her up, and she'll hang on until I can get to her Friday night. I also have the ACS coming this week, and she did warn me to be very careful because it's not made for ingesting. I'll continue to give updates!

Thank you for asking ! I got home at two this morning. My son said she got better after a few days of meds, but they did not give her meds yesterday because they were expecting me home 6 hours sooner. Had delays at the airport. So she didn't get her pills yesterday, and as a result wasn't doing that great today. Still a little bloody around the mouth. Eye completely closed again.
Today I gave her all four of her medications, Metroplex in a syringe, and I put the acidified copper sulfate in her water. Have not seen her eat or drink since I've been home though. I did give her a tube feeding. I saw her eye crack open for a bit which is good. Still swelling on the right side of her face, but I did see her beak all the way closed!
I will post more as she gets better. Hopefully.

I tried to wash and dry her feathers, even with a little Dawn, and they still are gunky. They expose her neck which looks so strange. When she perks up and stretches her neck out it doesn't stick out so much.
