Hello purchased this brahma today lays eggs but does she look thin? And is she mixed?

She is skinny for a hen, but I think that is normal for a pullet. I think.

Appears to be a purebred Brahma pullet. Brahmas are very good birds- I have three of them myself, plus a couple crossbreeds. In the past, one of my hens were very large, a little too heavy. Another one that I had at the same age, same feeding habits, is much thinner. Their size may vary... though they pretty much have the same bone frame/structure. How much have you been feeding her of what kind of food?
I honestly think she's at an alright size but I'm wondering her age, if you know it?

Sweet i really didnt ask for age he just told me she lays eggs so i took her and i was telling myself someones gonna comment on the shoes haha

It's alright that you don't know of her age. My biggest suggestion is to allow her access to enough food, enough fresh grass. Keep an eye on her diet to make sure she's eating frequent... and watch her egg quality.

I picked her up a few hours ago he said shes 7 or 8 months and she eats mixed grains with a mix of protein thats all we have available here i have 2 dark pullets maybe u can point me in the direction if they are purebred or crossbred? When i send u the photoes

Yeah shes on the see but not touch method right now lol ill let her integrate slowly but feed her good

Sweet ur awesome i was told there is jumbo brahmas bigger sizes which got me confused i thought brahmas are brahmas lol

There are bantam Brahmas (shorter legs and smaller body) and standard. I've only kept standard... and I think that's what you have.
