I spoke too soon. One of them layed an egg just a few mins ago. But I dont know which one it was.

Hen number 2 looks like it is a cross between a dark and a light Brahma. I would also guess that she might be your layer since her comb and wattles look a little bigger and redder. If you PM Gritsar she has pictures of chicks that are a dark and light cross. Very pretty!

Mare, she's a pet quality brahma. Pretty girl! Looks so much like my Jezebel, it's amazing. Jezebel is a talker, in fact she never shuts up. Is your hen like that?

My brahmas are 3 years old now, still laying great.
