My little clutch just hatched over last 3 days.
The final chick whom i believe is a barred rock cross. Not sure who the father is tho.
Anywho. I left it in the incubator till it was nice and fluffy. Ive been listening to it crash around for a while didnt think much of it.
However, this chicks head seems stuck facing up i believe the term is stargazing and it wobbles pretty bad and often flops over on its back. When its asleep it lays down straight like the others.
Seems pretty neurological to me. Is there anything i can do for it?

Treat immediately with vitamin E oil 400iu and a little soft boiled egg.

Trying to get oil into a teensy beak is not easy, though. If you have a pencil thin oral syringe, open the capsule and squeeze the oil in, then insert the syringe into the right side of the chick's beak and depress the plunger drop by drop, allowing the chick to swallow after each drop.

You should see results in a very short time, hours if not minutes. The egg will help the chick absorb the oil and also will give it energy.

The vitamin e did not help. After some time and absolutely no improvement and it getting worse.
There was some swelling of the head as well, that did not improve.
I made the choice to cull it hand rearing a disabled chick is not something i can do.
Thank you for your reply.
I have 4 healthy chicks out of the clutch so its not all bad
