Brand new Chicken Momma

Hello!

I'm MessyChicks and I'm a new chicken momma! I bought 5 easter eggers from Cackle and they're almost 3 weeks old!! Time is flying by so fast! I know I'll be bummed when they move out to the coop. I'm very excited to be a part of this wonderful community and look forward to learning all about chickens!

Enjoy your new babies! And yes, there is some "empty nest syndrome" when the babies head out to the coop. I was so nervous and worried on that first night they spent in the coop. LOL But you get over it. I think.
