And so it beginsI have to say you guys are great. Day two and they are doing great. They have a cat babysitter. She can't get into the brooder in any way, the lid locks tight and the mesh is sturdy and too small for her to reach through but she hasn't acted aggressive, she just sits and watches them. She is a tiny cat, at full grown she is half the size of all the other cats around. They love the mirror, my husband moved it once last night and said we probably need to move it at least once a day because they have started clumping up and sleeping in front of it. I didn't have to show them their water. They didn't go straight to it, but you could tell the road trip was a little rough on them, after about 20 minutes though they found the water and the food on their own. The water and food aren't under the heat lamp. I didn't want them to have to drink hot water, so I put it away from the heat. The brooder isn't really big, but its more than enough room for them. The hubby is already talking about getting more. I told him we need to get these babies out of the brooder and into the tractor then we would talk about getting more.
