I just offered to bring in homemade rolls or breadsticks for a luncheon at work next week and then it occured to me that I don't really know how to make these!
I do know how to make homemade bread, and I have a really nice recipe that I like to make so my question is, can I just make that into rolls or breadsticks? How will that change the cooking temp. and time? I especially like the idea of breadsticks since the luncheon is going to be soup and salad. Does anyone have a good breadstick or roll recipe they could share? I prefer it to be partially whole wheat and maybe with a little bit of an herb flavor, just to be exiciting!
