Breakdown of processed Muscovy by weight of various parts?

    Hi everyone,

    I'm sending my first Muscovies off for processing soon and trying to price the various parts of the ones that will be cut into pieces. My plan is to charge a lot more for the breasts and livers than the legs and wings. Does anyone have any idea of how much of the processed bird will be breast v. legs v. wings, and how much discarded? I need to price appropriately to cover my costs and then some, but of course, it also depends on overall weight too.
