Breakfast... The most important meal of the day

Nothing. I just don't eat in the mornings. I can't really! Like maybe a banana or a small snack around 10 am? I just don't have the time or energy to do things like that.
 
I've been making egg muffin sammies at home...........english muffin split and under the broiler (gotta buy a toaster!) while I cook a sausage patty and fry two eggs hard with broken yolks. Little bit of cheese melted on each egg, muffins outta the broiler, mayo and a little bit of mustard, the sausage, then the eggs and top of the muffin...........THAT's why my children call me blessed lol!
 
Today we are chowing oatmeal with raisins, maple syrup and butter. Milk on the side. It is cold and oatmeal is the go to breakfast for a cold morning!
As for wiping your feet in your sig wipe the poop and feathers off before sitting in bleachers at a game also.
