Breast blisters and cut up wing tips

I assume applying a coat of neosporin over the scab daily could be helpful. This must be what I've read about being referred to as breast bumble. Does your bird act like it's painful? Mine doesn't at all.
Eddie didn't use to act like it is painful but now when I squeeze it very gently, she is squirmy and is not happy. When I do the light scraping she doesn't flinch though so I am unsure.

Well, we got a big ol issue...
Eddie’s scab came off easily tonight, underneath was what looked like hard ups and was a little yellow. I squeezed and very liquid pus came out, stuff with no texture basically and then I got the clump out... well although I’m sure I did the right thing, Eddie now has a huge hole on her underside and she is constantly laying down. I’m very worried about infection. In the picture, the white you see if a deep layer of skin, not a scab healing over, it’s probably 1 cm deep.
I know it is late but please when you read this respond... I’m very worried.

I will be placing her on a towel tomorrow in a cage but not sure where to proceed. I am thinking about pine tar...

And I know @casportpony has had a similar case.

Awww, poor thing! It really doesn't look all that bad to me, tbh. I don't why she's just laying down, though. Maybe it hurts. 😢

I don't know anything about pine tar (other than I used to use it for grip in baseball - lol). I'd probably do antibiotic ointment and gauze or even a bandage to cushion it. It doesn't look necrotic or anything. Or swollen.

Due to her arthritis she is usually laying down... doesn’t move a lot which is why I am nervous if I put her in her coop tomorrow... sand, food, poop getting into it. I used saline solution and the stuffed it with neosporin.
I can probably fit a sports bandaid.. just a regular bandaid but a little more sticky.. on her underside. Do you think it would hurt pulling it off?
I know the pictures don’t do it justice but it is very deep, I will try to take better ones.

Her arthritis. I knew that.

Might hurt taking it off, but you might be able to get it wet enough that it will come off more easily. Or wrap her somehow around her whole body, under her wings.

I am sure it's very deep. It reminds me of the hole left after digging out a bumblefoot kernel.

If I move around the opening, the deepest part of the opening, the white thing in the picture doesn’t move. I am thinking it is so deep it went past her skin layers and has now reached a layer that is not connected to her skin at all..? I’m not sure if that makes sense though.
I would rather try the bandaid before the body wrap... but if it comes down to it I can. I will grab the bandaid now..
Should I start antibiotics like amoxicillin now or wait until tomorrow?

Don't give antibiotics. Just slather on some antibiotic ointment-ones that contain pramoxine pain killer or no pain killer are fine-and leave it alone. I've had hens with keel scabs in the past. Don't pull them off. They can dry alone and just flake off themselves. One of the best things to have is Vetericyn wound spray that is safe for birds-it comes in several forms. It is not antibiotic, but it helps healing tremendously. Spray on the wound two or three times each day.

Like the others have mentioned, I wouldn't start antibiotics either. You'd be surprised at the gaping hole left in my ducks foot after a long problem with it. I filled it up with triple antibiotic ointment and bandaged her up. Her foot healed up quickly. It'd be difficult to bandage this up but I like your idea of a bandaid a lot 😃

Eddie has had this since November so once I saw the scab coming off, I thought it would be reasonable to just get the pus plug out.
I do not have vetericyn but I have used neosporin three times for it since it happened. I would look in my medical box but I don't think I have it. I do have a few other sprays that I will link soon.
