I have just started Cornish Xs for the first time and they have breast blisters. I was wondering if anyone knows how to cure or subdue it for the county fair in 2 months.

What's causing the blisters? Are you letting them attempt to roost?

Yeah, I think you need to identify the root cause first. What kind of bedding are you using? Are they getting to roost? we need some details in order to help, I think.
