Breed and Gender Please?

His leg color & general build and carriage (overall look) is Easter Egger. Most chicks sold as Ameraucanas are Easter Eggers. The designation, "Ameraucana" seems to be used liberally and synonymously with birds that are really Easter Eggers.

He looks like a nice, healthy bird.

Thank you everyone.

One more question. Can roosters live together? That means i got three roosters and two bens of my biggest ones blah. Good thing i bought all pullets of my youngest batch.

Oh.. theyll beat the hens? That wont work lol. So Im I better off to put the boys somewhere else together? Or two of them together? They all grew up together. But I plan to someday add more hens

yups,, they will mate too much, fight, and just be abusive to your hens with that many roo's and only 2 hens,, i would put 2 roo's together in another pen, and have the hens with only 1 roo,, but even 2 hens to 1 roo, you may find that ya hens start going bald on their back from him breeding just them 2 all the time, if that happens i would seperate him from them till you get more,, but after you split up the roo's, if you try to bring them back together, there WILL be fighting between them, cause they have to go through the "who's the alpha" again, but it shouldnt ( not 100%) be to rough,, but you will have to watch and see.

What if I put like 3 month old hens in with around 6 month old hens. Do hens fight like roos do?

they have a hierarchy just like the roo's,, you have a alpha hen now, and when you put in new hens, they will "figure out" who's alpha,, your alpha hen will chase the others, make them wait till she's done eating before letting them,,just like roo's but USUALLY not fight to hurt like roo's do. and it really dont matter the age, even if you put a 2 year old hen in,, they will still go through the "ladder"

but its really nothing to worry about,, they stress their hierarchy all the time,, just not so noticeable after they've been together fer a while.
