Breed and gender

I know the top pic is a roo, but I have 3 like the bottom pic that I think are pullets. About 13 weeks old. Also, are these RIRs or production reds?

Not sure about breed, but the first pic is definitely a rooster, the second is a pullet.

First is a cockerel second is a pullet, I think they are hatchery quality RIRs.
