Breed and gender?

Hi guys! This was once Louise then believed to be Louis but now I’m not so sure again
Louis was from TSC , mislabeled as an Amerucana. So I’m not positive on the breed either. He is red with black feathers in his wings and tail. About 10 weeks old and has not yet started to crow
thoughts?
I’ll post photos of him through some different life stages also

Looks like a cockerel.
No guess on breed. Too many hybrids in the mix at TSC these days.

Oh he does look like them when I google it! He is pretty large. He’s a little bigger than my pekin duck now. I hadn’t seen any other red chickens with black in the wings and tail. All I could find was black in the tail or whites and blacks.
